Successful Big Push at Knolwood Apartments

Lancaster, SC – BMI’s South Carolina rehab project is still going strong in the new year! Knolwood’s Big Push kicked off on January 10th, and manager Rachel Ealey and district manager Rene Kennedy could not be more pleased with the progress. Rachel has been with BMI for 20 years, and is extremely grateful to see so many improvements being done to make her residents happy to call Knolwood home. “The rehab has been a long time coming for Knolwood. My residents will appreciate and take care of their new homes”, Rachel says. The community is being completely renovated including brand new tubs, paint, floors, and more. BMI’s Deanna Mizzell and Royce Bratton continue to work tirelessly as they oversee the completion of the rehab, along with Scott Nelson (Superintendent) and Richard McGuire (Project Manager) from Flournoy Construction. None of this would be possible without the hard work from all of our amazing vendors and contractors. “There is a new sense of pride for their property…it really is an amazing thing all of these people are involved in,” says Rene Kennedy. We look forward to sharing many more exciting updates as the rehab continues and our residents get to see their new homes!
