CMI proudly manages over 20 properties in the state of North Carolina from the northern state line of Virginia to southern border of South Carolina. Although CMI’s current portfolio primarily consists of affordable multi-family housing in rural areas, we also developed and managed conventional apartment communities, warehouses, business centers, single family subdivisions, shopping centers and a private resort development in the mountains of North Carolina in prior years.

CMI is one of the largest management firms of USDA, Rural Development 515 properties in the Southeast and currently manages more than 330 properties. CMI has assumed management and ownership responsibilities of troubled properties and consistently converted them into successful operations.
