Full-time Maintenance Technician needed for apartment communities in Fountain Inn and Simpsonville, SC. Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Duties include plumbing, light electrical, painting, cleaning, etc. Works as a team player with fellow employees.
Applicant must have own tools and reliable transportation. HVAC certified preferred. Excellent salary and benefits.
